Hong Kong Disneyland Posts Loss For Fiscal 2015

For the first time since 2011, Hong Kong Disneyland has posted a loss. The theme park destination resort's figures for fiscal 2015, which ended October, 2015, show a loss of HK$148 million compared to a profit of HK$332 million for the previous year. Total attendance is down 9.3% to 6.8 million. A drop in mainland China sourced visitors and the relative strength of the Hong Kong Dollar are given most of the blame and visitors from the mainland are down 23%, now making up only 41% of the total.
