The maintenance and speed adjustment method of Children Excavator

    Children excavator has become the main children's amusement rides now, how to maintain and how to adjust the speed, let’s introduce to you.
Maintenance Method
1、Avoid the device to rain or splash water, especially to avoid children shoot to equipment exhaust vent with a water gun.
2、Hydraulic oil fill
Titanium wei hydraulic cylinder is chosen with precision cold drawn honing tube and entrance seals, normally, it is not required to fill hydraulic oil the next year due to the sealing is good. Every six months as a cycle or once discover delayed or abnormal sound from hydraulic pole power transmission, please check the level of hydraulic oil. Children Play Excavator can use an ordinary hydraulic oil because of less friction, lighter machine, low demand for hydraulic oil, you can purchase in local hydraulic fittings stores at lower prices.
3、Ubricant oil fill  bottom gear wheel, the bucket and arm hinge should fill the ubricant oil  according to the circumstances.
Speed Adjustment
Debug device before normal delivery, moderate speed, if it needs to carry out activities such as sports competitions, the speed of device can adjust according to the follows. 
(1)、Adjusting the device speed, and adjusting  pressure regulating valve above the hydraulic valve, clockwise rotation means increasing pressure, anticlockwise rotation means reducing pressure.
(2)、Adjusting the speed of a single action, and adjusting the speed control valve of the hydraulic valve centre，every single action below the corresponding work lights，clockwise rotation means reducing pressure, anticlockwise rotation means increasing pressure，the rotator is confirm from demands.
(3)、The amusement ride has two pattern including 360°and static，360°rotatory speed can adjust the button of rotation speed setting controller, clockwise rotation means accelerate，anticlockwise rotation means slower.
